What to Know About Your Ammo-Up

Ideal surfaces are concrete, carpet, dirt, sand, and grass up to 4-inches long. For best performance on grass, we recommend that it be less than 4 inches. This allows the Ammo-Up collection tines to reach into the grass and grab the shell/brass.

Shipping

Domestic and International Shipping

We ship our products all over the world. Depending on what product you purchase as well as your location, the products are either shipped UPS or by special freight. Currently online orders can be placed for the Continental US only. For all other countries (as well as Hawaii and Alaska) please email your name, address and the product you are interested in to info@ammoupusa.com to receive an up-to-date quote.

Timing of Shipments

We ship orders Monday through Thursday. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, or on the next working day of placing your order once confirmation of full payment is received. Please allow up to 1 week of shipping time within the continental US from the date of payment, although in most cases delivery is quicker than this. If you have not received your goods after this period, please email us at info@ammoupusa.com. Please note that prior arrangements must be made over the phone for orders to be collected from our warehouse.

Product Warranty Information

Ammo-Up warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase and agrees to replace any part or parts which Ammo-Up determines to be defective. This warranty is conditional on receipt of defective part or parts shipped back to Ammo-Up prepaid. This warranty does not cover damage resulting in any way from misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care or modification of the product. Warranty on Powder-coating:

Ammo-Up warrants only item(s) coated by Ammo-Up from significant flaking or rusting due to defects in workmanship for a period of 4 years from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes any damage to the item(s) which occurs during shipment, due to failures caused by products not supplied by Ammo-Up and/or due to failures resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration or modification of the item(s) which in turn, causes premature corrosion or coating failure.

Returns and Refunds of Products

“Ammo-Up” will refund the customer’s cost of the “Ammo-Up” unit if you are not satisfied with the efficiency of the product at picking up your brass, shells, or paintballs. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product at the customer’s expense. If the returned product is damaged or dirty, Bag-A-Nut will refund the value of the product at the remanufactured unit retail price (approximately 82% of customers cost). Badly damaged or old merchandise will be returned to the customer without a refund. For speedy refund and resolution, please notify Ammo-Up by phone or email.

*All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

*All returns for items with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover original shipping cost.

“Ammo-Up” aims for goods to leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Should those goods not be received by you in perfect condition, then any damage to or shortfall in products must be reported to “Ammo-Up” by phone or email (info@ammoupusa.com) within 72 hours after receipt of the goods. All defective goods must be returned in their original packaging with the original invoice or packing slip. Replacement goods will only be shipped after the faulty item is received by “Ammo-Up”. Return postage costs incurred by you will be issued by credit to your nominated credit card after the goods have been sighted by “Ammo-Up”.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, this should be reported to “Ammo-Up” by email to info@ammoupusa.com within 72 hours after receipt of the goods. All incorrect goods must be returned in their original packaging with the original order form to be sighted by “Ammo-Up”. Replacement goods will only be shipped after the incorrect item is received by “Ammo-Up”. In the event that “Ammo-Up” is unable to replace the item, a refund will be provided. Return postage costs incurred by you will be issued by credit to your nominated credit card after the goods have been sighted by “Ammo-Up”.

No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the goods, or are simply done using the machine.

Items Purchased from Dealers

Warranties and guarantees on purchases made from Ammo-Up distributors or dealers are at the discretion of the dealer. All claims for warranties and guarantees must be placed with the dealer where the product was purchased. Parts purchases outside of warranty coverage can be placed with dealers or directly with Ammo-Up. The 1-year manufacturer warranty is valid as long as the machine is purchased, in new condition, from an authorized dealer.

Payment (for US domestic orders only)

The total amount of your order is to be paid at the time of ordering. “Ammo-Up” does not accept deposits or part payments for the purchase of any goods.

All prices are quoted in US dollars only.

We accept orders by payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. Credit Card and PayPal payments will be processed on the day your order is placed. Goods will be forwarded to you once full payment has been cleared. If any machines are going overseas, a bank wire transfer will be required.

If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.
